Sashimi Salad

Sashimi salad is low on carbs, big on vegetables and protein. If you are really missing the starch, you could add some seasoned steamed sushi rice to the salad. And if you add rice and remove the lettuce, you have essentially made a chirashi bowl – which is also utterly delicious. How cool is that?
