Milk chocolate, hazelnut & raisin bark.

Melt 10oz of milk chocolate in double boiler. When melted, remove from heat and add 3/4 cup of nuts and 3/4 cup of raisins. Stir and pour onto parchment paper lined baking sheet. Spread out evenly, then chill. Break into pieces with a sharp knife when cool.
