Cook in slowcooker for 6 hours on low.
Loaf of French bread cubed. Half package of cream cheese, cut small. In bowl, whisk 7 eggs, 2 1/2 cups milk and 1 cup of heavy cream. Add 1/4 cup brown sugar, tbsp vanilla extract, and tbsp cinnamon, whisk more. Add 1 small can of pumpkin puree. Pour mixture over bread.
Serve with favorite syrup. I used maple.
