I make creating recipes, like those from award-winning restaurants, accessible to home chefs. There's a lack of challenge offered to novice cooks, so I've set out to encourage and equip them to explore culinary fundamentals and techniques never before made approachable to them. My goal is to share my wealth of culinary expertise gained from being a formally-trained chef with over 20 years of food service experience, to those desperate to grow their cooking repertoire. I love to give the highest quality ingredients, professional tools, and tried-and-true techniques to home chefs and influence them to use these in their own kitchens to achieve their best culinary success.
