Japanese wagashi
I made these. :) They're filled with anko (red bean).
We journeyed to a confection shop today for my language school's Culture Day, and we learned how to make wagashi (Japanese sweets). I think this one's supposed to be a cherry tree? Not sure.
We made another one (not pictured) which looked like a pile of brown spaghetti with snow on top of it. I'm not exactly sure what it was supposed to be?

I don't know the Kanji either, but that's what Google Translate tells me... ;)
