Chicken Heart Yakitori
Of course, when we went to Fu Rai Bo, we had to get chicken heart yakitori. Son adores all the "weird" parts of the chicken, and I don't blame him - these were really good!

I've never tried the hearts before. What's the texture like?
They're denser than regular chicken meat, but not so dense that they're chewy. They're also a little gamey, but in a way that makes them tastier (at least to us).
