I just read this on your blog (I can only check ever so often) I love this concept. Was is difficult aquiring the ingredients?

Thanks! No, it wasn't too hard. Since I live in Southern California, I have a ton of Japanese supermarkets near me, and the uni and ikura are pretty commonly found there. The only difficult one was the Chinese black rice (I couldn't find it ANYWHERE!), which I ended up ordering from Amazon. :)
