Homemade Kogi Tacos with Tempura-Fried Vegetables
Yes, it sounds random, but these were actually crazy good. The meat was simply carnitas mixed with a Kogi sauce from Steamy Kitchen ( http://steamykitchen.com/4474-korean-style-tacos-w… ), eaten with kimchi, a little mayonnaise, and tempura sweet potato and asparagus.
My mouth is watering.
What an amazing combo!
