Fancy Chocolate Desserts
One of the shops in the basement food mall at Kyoto Station sold quite a few types of beautiful, fancy, complex desserts. They ranged from these chocolate cups, to gorgeous fruit cups, to simple but fantastic creme brulee.

At first I thought those chocolate curls were kalamata olives...and I was like....wait ,WHAT?!?!? hahaha.
Haha I can totally see that. I know the Japanese are known for strange and interesting foods, but I don't think they've gone quite that far yet! ;)
