Chris – Thanks! And once again thank you for holding this event… it’s for a really great cause.

Sarah – Thanks! There’s nothing wrong with roasted garlic hummus… in general. In fact, I’ve had some really great roasted garlic hummus and I absolutely love it! Which is why this hummus was such a disappointment… it tasted like bland, flavorless bean paste. I don’t know if it was me or the recipe, but I know I’ll definitely be looking for a recipe elsewhere if I attempt to make hummus again.

Y – No, I’ve never heard of pickled garlic. But knowing Son (my boyfriend), that’s exactly the sort of thing he would love. I must go see if I can find some. You wouldn’t happen to have a recipe, would you?

Roasted garlic is such fantastic stuff. Love it too! Have you ever tried pickled garlic? It's mild and crunchy, like eating a macadamia nut. Y´s last blog post... Daring Bakers Challenge : Cheesecake
