Rose – Woo! But they’re SO good… 1 1/3 tsp of fat in every cookie isn’t that bad, right? Especially since half of it is peanut butter, which is good for you, right?

Patricia – Who says you can’t eat them all yourself? I know your co-workers to the south love them, so I’ll bet you the ones up north with you will enjoy them as well.

I made these cookies today! Actually, I made the batter yesterday and frigidaired ‘em overnight and baked ‘em today. Delicious! Win win win.

My only complaint is that every sumptuous bite is guilty because, having made them, I know that there are two cups of almost pure fat in ‘em. But it’s fun to feed them to males.
