&lt;strong&gt;Nate&lt;/strong&gt; - Thanks!  As for the wrapping, heck if I know.  I would assume foil wasn&#039;t very popular back in the early years, and I&#039;d guess this recipe is probably quite old.  Where I got the recipe from, they said foil, so I used foil.  :P
